Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimentiy Boykin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Banica Corvina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Banica Corvina!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boykin fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Corvina sprawls well initially but Boykin persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Boykin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Corvina doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boykin.

Corvina is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Boykin pulls his head out easily.
Corvina moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Boykin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Corvina has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Boykin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Boykin drops back looking for a leg! Corvina is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Corvina manages to kick Boykin off! Boykin jumps back into Corvina's guard.
Corvina looking to hit a scissor sweep but Boykin is one step ahead there.

Boykin is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Boykin is working for a kimura but Corvina is defending it quite comfortably.

Boykin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Corvina defends it well.

Boykin is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Corvina is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
