Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Taco Mcgibblets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Nilsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcgibblets kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is enrique iglesiasI Like It (Jersey Shore Version). Nilsson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Zukyun Love by Mini Moni kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Taco Mcgibblets! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Dennis Nilsson! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nilsson goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Dennis Nilsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nilsson avoids the body shot from Mcgibblets.
Nilsson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mcgibblets tries to avoid it but Nilsson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mcgibblets to the ground. Mcgibblets escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Mcgibblets tries to move into range but Nilsson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Nilsson scores a takedown into full mount! Nilsson landing strikes from the mount and Mcgibblets is in trouble! Nilsson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mcgibblets to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mcgibblets shrugs it off. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nilsson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Mcgibblets can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Nilsson with the ground and pound from mount. Mcgibblets knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nilsson on the ground. Mcgibblets keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Nilsson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Mcgibblets can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nilsson moves to take his opponent's back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcgibblets wants to escape the position.
Nilsson tightening his grip on Mcgibblets, looking for the choke. Nilsson cracks Mcgibblets with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Mcgibblets from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Nilsson is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Mcgibblets with him. Mcgibblets is trying to defend but Nilsson has an arm under the chin now! Mcgibblets grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dennis Nilsson! After winning the bout, Dennis Nilsson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
