The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gay keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Saitiev is trying desperately to land a takedown but Gay is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Saitiev.

and Gay counters with a huge left! Saitiev is in big trouble! He's backing up but Gay isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Saitiev from any more damage. A dominating finish by Gay!
