Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mason Bolt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Steven Williams!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams closes the distance and pushes Bolt back into the cage.
Williams looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Williams ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Williams no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Williams keeping moving, preventing Bolt from controlling successfully.
Bolt throws an elbow that misses. Williams uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bolt's guard. Nice move by Williams!
Bolt is trying to keep Williams in close.
Bolt looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Williams wanted to stand there but Bolt had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Williams throws a big right hand that misses.

Bolt controls Williams momentarily but Williams frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Mason Bolt wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Williams moves out of range as Bolt throws a body kick.
Bolt is looking to land body kicks.
Bolt with a poor takedown
and Williams counters by clinching up.
Williams manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Williams working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bolt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bolt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Williams will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Williams looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Bolt has picked Williams up and slammed him! Williams can't keep hold of the triangle and Bolt manages to pass to side control!
Bolt postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bolt trying to control the position but Williams is working away.
Williams tries to buck Bolt off but Bolt is having none of it.
Williams parries the strikes from Bolt easily there. Bolt is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Williams to escape.
Bolt tries to stand but Williams is controlling his head.
Williams can't do much from the bottom here.

Williams is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Bolt is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Bolt is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Williams is surviving well by controlling Bolt's body position as best he can.
Poor strikes thrown by Bolt there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Bolt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Williams keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Williams is trying to stand but he's just given Bolt his back.

Williams tries to escape but Bolt has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bolt tries to keep control of the position but Williams is staying busy.
Bolt has his arm under Williams's chin here. Game over son! Bolt squeezes tightly and Williams is forced to tap out!
