Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Riggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taylor Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tim Riggins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Taylor Green! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Riggins misses. Riggins shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Green manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Green wants to get back to his feet but Riggins is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Green avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Riggins wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving. Green is adopting a defensive guard. Green lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Riggins! Riggins flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Riggins keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Green has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Riggins's face.
Riggins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Riggins really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Green with the ground and pound from mount. Green throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Riggins because Green loaded up on that one. Green unloading with bombs! Riggins sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Riggins makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Riggins. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Riggins is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Green has his hands clasped together but Riggins extends an breaks Green's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Riggins.
