Nice uppercut lands for Irwin. That snapped Knight's head back.

Knight looks to land a left hand but Irwin moved out of range nicely.
Knight throws a head kick but Irwin moves out of range.

Knight throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Knight misses with an uppercut. Irwin saw that one coming.

Irwin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Knight is bucking up trying to escape but Irwin cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Irwin unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Knight wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Irwin celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
