The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellis throws a series of punches but Hill moves out of range.
Ellis throws out a loose jab but Hill uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hill thows a body shot but no joy.
Hill throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ellis throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ellis connects with a jab.
Ellis takes one to the side of the head.
Hill scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Ellis uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Hill has time to react.
Hill looks to score with a jab to the body but Ellis is just out of range.
Hill fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ellis on the side of the head.
Hill loads up on a big right hand but Ellis slips the punch.
Hill misses with a wild body shot.

Jason Ellis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hill thuds a left hand into Ellis's body.

Hill cracks Ellis with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ellis falls to his knees and Hill doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
