Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Double Rainbow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Mega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mega is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Black and Yellow. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Double Rainbow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Max Mega!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rainbow moves in looking to clinch but Mega pushes him off.
Rainbow shoots in for a takedown but Mega shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Rainbow shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mega defends it nicely.
Mega ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mega throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Rainbow on the side of the head.
Mega scores with a jab to the body.
Double Rainbow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rainbow doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Rainbow takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Rainbow tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mega connects with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rainbow is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mega sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Double Rainbow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rainbow takes one to the chin there.
Mega lands a body shot.
Mega slaps away a takedown attempt from Rainbow, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Mega feints a jab promting Rainbow to slip. Mega then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Rainbow slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Rainbow wants to clinch but Mega slips to the side
and Mega counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's two minutes gone in the round.

and Mega counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Rainbow thinking.

Rainbow gets the takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rainbow has hold of Mega's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Mega tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Rainbow cranks the arm and Mega screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Mega, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Double Rainbow!
Our winner, Double Rainbow, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
