Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darth Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Peixoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Darth Vader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Igor Peixoto!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vader bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Vader tries to move to mount but Peixoto blocks the move with his legs.
Peixoto can't do much from the bottom here.
Vader trying to control the action but Peixoto is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vader wants to stand but Peixoto has his arm trapped.
Vader has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Vader rushes Peixoto and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vader's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Vader misses with a series of wild punches.
Vader feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Vader wants to pass the guard but Peixoto is keeping the position.
Vader is posturing up here but Peixoto has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Vader tries to roll out but it's too tight and Vader has to tap! Slick submission there by Peixoto!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Igor Peixoto!
