The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vilain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hitachi tries to clinch there but Vilain circles away.
Vilain scores with a nice head shot.
Vilain pushes Hitachi away with a front kick.
Hitachi sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hitachi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Vilain as he avoids it easily.

Hitachi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vilain but Vilain pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A nice inside leg kick there by Vilain. That's going to slow Hitachi down.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Vilain - that will leave a mark!

Vilain throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Vilain lands a big head kick that sends Hitachi tumbling to the mat! Vilain takes a step backwards and waves Hitachi back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Philco Hitachi has been cut.
The fighters circle, before Vilain throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Hitachi's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Vilain lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
