Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Helix Mannon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Boosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boosh works over Mannon's head and body with a nice combination.
Boosh swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mannon shoots in for a double leg but Boosh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mannon.
Boosh will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mannon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boosh pinned against the cage. Boosh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helix Mannon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mannon forces Boosh back against the cage and clinches.
Boosh tries for a takedown but Mannon manages to get underhooks.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Boosh won't allow Mannon to pass to mount.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Boosh throws a leg kick that is checked
and Mannon counters with a shoot takedown. Boosh fights it but they end up in guard.
Mannon slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Mannon makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Boosh is trying to hold Mannon in close to prevent damage but Mannon has managed to pass into half guard.

Boosh is staying active underneath Mannon, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Boosh tries to kick Mannon off but Mannon keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Mannon closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Boosh to the mat! Boosh manages to get full guard.

and Mannon counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Mannon.
The is referee keeping an eye on Mannon - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Boosh is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Boosh tries to break the clinch but Mannon is controlling the position.
Mannon prevents a takedown attempt there.
Boosh breaks from the clinch.
Mannon shoots for a double leg takedown but Boosh sprawls well. He's pushed Mannon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mannon fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Boosh checks it well.

and Mannon counters with a single leg into guard. Boosh didn't expect that.
Boosh had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Mannon is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Boosh Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Mannon's back instead.
Boosh gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mannon rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
