Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a wild body kick that In The Box sees coming a mile off.
Silva looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Silva tries to bum rush In The Box with a series of wild strikes but In The Box uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but In The Box moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Silva takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
In The Box shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Silva's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
In The Box is in close to Silva's body, working some short punches and elbows.
In The Box cracks Silva with a solid left hand.
In The Box pushes down on Silva's leg and manages to get into half guard.
In The Box gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
In The Box avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
In The Box tries to clinch up.

In The Box wants to clinch up but Silva keeps it at a distance.
In The Box throws a head kick that half lands.
Mike Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
In The Box fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
In The Box shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but In The Box keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The fighters circle momentarily. In The Box darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
In The Box fails with an attempt to clinch.
Silva looks to clinch
and In The Box counters with a nice leg kick.

Silva takes a kick to the side of the head.
In The Box decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
In The Box works his way into full mount!
In The Box looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Silva is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
In The Box lands a big shot there that rocks Silva but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

In The Box takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
In The Box trying to control but Silva is having none of it.
In The Box moves to back control.
In The Box working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
In The Box has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
In The Box is looking to control Silva but Silva is wriggling around and keeping busy.
In The Box scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Silva wants to get back to his feet.

In The Box is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Silva won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips In The Box off his unconscious opponent!
