Jackson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gracie throws out the jab. Gracie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sam Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jackson closes the distance and pushes Gracie back into the cage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jackson is looking for a sweep. Gracie is staying tight to Jackson's torso, preventing him from escaping. Gracie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gracie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Jackson sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Jackson tries to roll over but Gracie keeps him under control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie stalling. Jackson works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard. Jackson is trying to keep Gracie in close.
Jackson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Gracie doesn't defend quickly enough and Jackson has managed to lock this one up! Can Gracie escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Jackson on a fantastic submission victory.
