Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rufus Dreyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rambo John J (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rufus Dreyer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rambo John J!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Donatello Bradman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John J throws a nice looking combination but Dreyer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
John J lands a with a good body shot.

Dreyer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. John J looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Dreyer is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt John J will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
John J is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Dreyer wants to lay and pray for a moment but John J keeps working.
John J pushes Dreyer away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Dreyer gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Rufus Dreyer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

I would just about give that final round to Rambo John J.
I think John J has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
