The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Pitbull takes one on the chin but seems OK.

It looks like John The Pitbull has been cut.
The Pitbull misses with a body shot
and st nkoi counters with a stiff right hand.
The Pitbull bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
The Pitbull tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but st nkoi was well out of range. Poor timing from The Pitbull.
st nkoi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. The Pitbull tries to avoid it but st nkoi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag The Pitbull to the ground. The Pitbull escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
st nkoi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Pitbull pinned against the cage. The Pitbull gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The Pitbull wants to stand and escape but st nkoi is having none of it.

The Pitbull is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

st nkoi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Pitbull swivels though and keeps the full guard.

st nkoi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but The Pitbull does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Horrible takedown by st nkoi or perhaps it was just good defense by The Pitbull which made him look bad.
The Pitbull lands a nice shot to the body.
st nkoi is holding his hands too far apart here. The Pitbull throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! st nkoi is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
