Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Silik Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bublasaur Venusaur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunt comes to the cage accompanied by London Calling. Venusaur has chosen Bulbasaur bongo bebop as his entrance music. Bublasaur Venusaur has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venusaur moves in looking to clinch but Hunt pushes him off.
Venusaur takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hunt connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Venusaur's hands.
Venusaur forces Hunt back against the cage and clinches.
Venusaur has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Hunt misses with an uppercut. Venusaur saw that one coming.

Venusaur takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Silik Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hunt gets tackled into the cage by Venusaur. Venusaur maintains the clinch.
Venusaur keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hunt's efforts to push away.
Venusaur pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hunt throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Venusaur defending well as Hunt loads up on a big left hand.
Venusaur jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Venusaur will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hunt tries to move into range but Venusaur moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Venusaur throws a series of punches but Hunt avoids them all with ease.
Venusaur with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hunt to score with a decent uppercut.
Hunt throws a shot from downtown. Venusaur moves away and avoids it.
Good leg kick by Venusaur there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
No joy there for Hunt, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Venusaur keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hunt.
Venusaur throws a hook to the side of Hunt's head but Hunt sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hunt fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Venusaur has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Silik Hunt dominated that round.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Venusaur in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Hunt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Hunt counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Venusaur! He's just covering up as Hunt starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
