Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Stglitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy Bhuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stglitz comes to the cage accompanied by Feuer frei!. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danga de danga de dang - Bhuda scores with a four punch combination!
Bhuda fails to land with a series of punches.
Bhuda misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stglitz scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

and Bhuda counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Stglitz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bhuda is fending him off so far but Stglitz persists. Nope, Bhuda circles away and we're back to standing.

Stglitz bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bhuda's head backwards.

Stglitz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bhuda as he jumps to the side.

Stglitz is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Bhuda looks to throw the jab but Stglitz is out of range.
Stglitz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bhuda but Bhuda pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bhuda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stglitz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stglitz won't allow Bhuda to get back to his feet.
Bhuda has his foot on Stglitz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stglitz works his way back into a safe position though.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stglitz is trying to control the action in half guard but Bhuda is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Stglitz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bhuda with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bhuda tries to kick Stglitz off but Stglitz keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Still in half guard, Stglitz seems content to control.

A close second round but Sammy Bhuda will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Horrible takedown by Stglitz or perhaps it was just good defense by Bhuda which made him look bad.

Bhuda walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bhuda throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stglitz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
