Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Caine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Misicavi Bebster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caine's entrance music is Dot Rotten - Are You Not Entertained. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Harry Caine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Misicavi Bebster!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caine fails with a takedown attempt.
Caine tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bebster swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bebster lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Caine backs up against the cage.

Caine scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bebster trying to remain calm as Caine controls from the top position.
Bebster is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Bebster tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Bebster is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Caine trying to control the position but Bebster is working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bebster tries to escape but Caine is in control.
Caine is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Bebster is looking for a sweep.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bebster tries to escape but Caine is in control.
Caine controlling the position from side mount.
Bebster wants to get back to his feet but Caine drags him back down.
Bebster is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bebster is trying to control Caine's posture but Caine avoids it.
A lull in the action here.

Caine's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We're going to have a standup here because Harry Caine wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Bebster misses with a double jab.
Caine closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bebster circles away.
Caine tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Caine tries to clinch but Bebster moves out of range.
Bebster circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bebster fails with the takedown

and Caine counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bebster's guard now.

Bebster doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Caine is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bebster tries to strike from the bottom.
Caine knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bebster on the ground.
Caine is standing up over Bebster. Bebster looks to escape but Caine dives into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bebster is not content to let Caine control the position.
Caine remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bebster pushes Caine up against the cage in a clinch.

Caine breaks from the clinch.
Bebster scores with a one two! Caine had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Caine has a takedown stuffed.
Caine shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bebster pinned against the cage. Bebster gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Caine fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harry Caine. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Caine wants to clinch up but Bebster keeps it at a distance.
Bebster leaves Caine with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Caine tries for a takedown but Bebster sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bebster wants to clinch up but Caine keeps it at a distance.
Bebster slaps away a takedown attempt from Caine, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Caine shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bebster fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Bebster tries to keep at a distance but Caine has taken the fight into the clinch.
Caine tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bebster avoids it.
The referee calls for Bebster to work.
Bebster lands an uppercut.
Bebster is trying to break free.
Bebster tries to break the clinch but Caine is controlling the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bebster wants to break free but Caine has control.
Caine tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bebster wants to break the clinch but can't.

Caine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bebster fails with the takedown.
Caine blocks a head kick by Bebster.
Bebster stalks Caine and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Caine's face. Caine staggers backwards, shaken.

Bebster looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Caine.
Caine avoids the head kick by Bebster.
Bebster throws the kick towards the body but Caine avoids it.
Horrible takedown by Bebster or perhaps it was just good defense by Caine which made him look bad.
Bebster is breathing heavily.
Bebster lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Caine circles away quickly and effectively.
Bebster misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Caine will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Misicavi Bebster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


A telegraphed takedown attempt from Caine is defended easily by Bebster.
Caine leaves Bebster with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Caine changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bebster tries to avoid it but Caine manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bebster to the ground. Bebster escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice sprawl there from Bebster as Caine shoots in.

Caine shoots in and drives through. Bebster sprawls well.
Caine shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bebster but Bebster pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Caine shoots in looking for a takedown. Bebster tries to sprawl out of it but Caine keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bebster manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bebster rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Caine moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Caine takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Caine tries for a takedown but Bebster sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sloppy strikes from Bebster. Those never looked like landing.
Caine on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Harry Caine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Caine shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bebster as he avoids it easily.
Bebster lands a jab.
Bebster throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Caine.

Caine has Bebster up against the cage in a clinch.
Caine is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bebster pulls him back up using the underhooks.

A frustrated look appears on Bebster's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Caine lands an elbow just above Bebster 's eye.
Bebster has had enough of the clinch but Caine keeps him there for the moment.
Caine prevents Bebster from breaking the clinch.
With the fighters up against the cage, Bebster throws an elbow but misses.
Bebster tries to break free but Caine pushes him back against the cage.
Bebster with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Bebster gets through Caine's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Caine keeps control of Bebster as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Bebster tries to break the clinch but Caine is controlling the position.

Bebster escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Caine dives in and grabs Bebster's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bebster pushes down on Caine's head and hops out.
Bebster throws a shot to the body.
Bebster stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bebster wants it to stay on the feet.
Bebster throws a nice looking combination but Caine bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bebster misses with a few strikes there.
Bebster takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bebster throws a left and a right that both miss

and Caine counters with a takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
You can see the frustration on Bebster's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

I would just about give that final round to Misicavi Bebster.
I think Bebster has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
