PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Hellion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell has chosen Badass by Saliva as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hellion sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mitchell's guard.

Hellion is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mitchell doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hellion.

Hellion is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mitchell defends it well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Hellion feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Hellion postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Mitchell covers up, he's hurt! Hellion keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hellion and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hellion can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
