Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Immortal Skyrim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlo May (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Immortal Skyrim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carlo May! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! May wants to clinch. May will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Skyrim looks to score with a jab to the body but May is just out of range. Skyrim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Skyrim avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Skyrim throws a combination that misses and May holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. May tries to break free but Skyrim pushes him back against the cage. Skyrim tries to throw a body punch but May avoids it by throwing Skyrim back against the cage. May pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. May wants to clinch up but Skyrim keeps it at a distance. May tries to close the distance and clinch but Skyrim swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Skyrim scores with a head kick. May tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Skyrim will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts May, as that shot connected.
May misses with a two punch combination.
Skyrim tries a head kick but it misses.
Immortal Skyrim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Skyrim checks a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. May closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Skyrim tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. May just stands there and leans against the cage. Skyrim tries to pull guard but May won't allow it.
Skyrim really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. May manages to pull guard.
May is trying to keep Skyrim in close.
May throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Skyrim will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Skyrim not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Skyrim trying to control the position from guard on top but May is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Skyrim wants to stand but May has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Skyrim seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Immortal Skyrim has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Skyrim throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Skyrim throws a combination that misses and May counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by May. Skyrim is trying to force a seperation but May has the dominant position. May is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. May lands a nice uppercut. May misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Skyrim.
May lands a right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skyrim jumps guard but May turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Immortal Skyrim. That's going to take a lot out of him. May lands on the inside with an uppercut. Skyrim jumps guard but May stands there with Skyrim around his waist. Skyrim gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
May wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. May has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's three minutes gone in the round. May is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Skyrim is defending well for now. Skyrim looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. May works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
May's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. May looks to land a combination but Skyrim avoids it well. May shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Skyrim napping and manages to drive through into side control! May misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Skyrim is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Skyrim is breathing heavily. May is looking to take a break and control but Skyrim is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. May scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Skyrim to see if he's OK.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Skyrim is looking for a sweep. May wants to lay and pray for a moment but Skyrim keeps working. Skyrim tries to improve position but can't. May sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Skyrim is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Skyrim can't do much from the bottom here. Skyrim is looking to reverse the position. The strikes coming from May are missing the target in this wave of attacks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Skyrim manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. May is looking for a kimura here.
Skyrim is looking for a sweep. May is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlo May dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Skyrim takes a shot right to the bread basket. May tries to clinch there but Skyrim circles away.
May wants to clinch up but Skyrim keeps it at a distance. May tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Skyrim paws at him with a jab and circles away. Skyrim throws a series of punches but May moves out of range. May moves in looking to clinch but Skyrim pushes him off. May tries to clinch but Skyrim is having none of it. Skyrim lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. May tries to clinch up. May is looking to clinch but Skyrim is avoiding it.
May closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Skyrim did well to prevent May getting side control. May takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Skyrim looking for submissions off his back. May really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Skyrim. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Skyrim is not content to let May control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Skyrim gets back to full guard.
Skyrim looking for submissions from the bottom but instead May passes into half guard.
May wants to take a breather but Skyrim is having none of it. Skyrim actively working from the bottom here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. May thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. May passes the guard and advances to mount! May tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. May misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

May wants to control the pace but Skyrim is squirming around nicely. May content just to control the position here. Skyrim can't escape the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. May avoids the attempt from Skyrim to control. May controlling from the full mount. May can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Skyrim is looking to escape. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Skyrim regains half guard. Skyrim has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. May is working away from the top position though.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Carlo May was stalling too much, according to the referee. Skyrim lands a high kick!
Skyrim throws a quick head kick that skims the top of May's head. May tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Skyrim swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Immortal Skyrim is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. May tries to clinch up but Skyrim circles away and keeps his distance. Skyrim connects with a looping right hand.
May looks to land a body kick but Skyrim moved away. May shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skyrim is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute May jumps into side control! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sloppy strikes there by May. Skyrim is letting May control him for a moment. Skyrim is trying to improve his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlo May showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

May keeps control of Skyrim as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. May slowing the pace effectively. May throws an elbow but it's blocked.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as May takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. May lands on the inside with an uppercut. Skyrim is trying to drag May to the mat but May just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Both fighters are breathing heavily. May dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Skyrim avoids the elbow strike from May, against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. May lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. May pulls guard successfully.
Skyrim advances to half guard. May tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Skyrim missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Skyrim with the ground and pound but May uses the opportunity to regain guard. Skyrim thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Skyrim trying to control but May is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skyrim stands and throws May's legs to the side, diving into side control. Sloppy strikes there by Skyrim. May prevents Skyrim from moving into mount. Skyrim is trying to get an arm triangle but May is defending well. Skyrim sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but May is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. May is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now. Skyrim tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Skyrim misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
May dodges the ground and pound from Skyrim.
That's four minutes gone in the round. May can't do much from the bottom here. May is not content to let Skyrim control the position. Skyrim tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Immortal Skyrim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Skyrim creates some space and throws a big elbow, but May sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Skyrim is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but May is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Immortal Skyrim showed his dominance in that final round. Well May has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Carlo May! Carlo May spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
