Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Mullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramos comes to the cage accompanied by The Killers - Somebody Told Me. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Steve Mullen!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos swings for the body but Mullen moves out of range.
Mullen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mullen throws a head kick that misses
and Ramos counters with a right hand to the body.
Mullen tries to clinch but Ramos is having none of it.
Sloppy strikes from Ramos. Those never looked like landing.
Ramos misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mullen throws a sloppy head kick and Ramos moves out of range easily.

Ramos gets a double leg takedown into Mullen's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Ramos stops Mullen from standing up.
Ramos pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mullen is keeping the position for now.
Ramos not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ramos thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Mullen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ramos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ramos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Ramos connects with a couple of short punches.
Ramos in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Ramos distracts Mullen with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Mullen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Mullen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Ramos postures up and lands a big shot to Mullen's brow.
Ramos working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mullen's head.
Mullen wants to stand but Ramos is controlling the position.
Ramos passes Mullen's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Mullen is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ramos pulls his head out easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ramos maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Mullen could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ramos has cracked it and Mullen is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ramos!
