Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Masters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goku Son (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goku Son will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Goku Son!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Son shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Son is working for a submission of some sort.
Masters has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Son is working away from the top position though.
Son is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Masters doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Son.
Masters is pressing down on Son's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Son pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Masters is keeping the position for now.
Masters had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Son defends it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Masters looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Son is defending well. Masters quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Son has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Masters celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
