Daileon comes into the arena with Akira Kushida - Chou Wakusei Sentou Boukan Daileon blaring out of the sound system. Cox is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Solitaire Unraveling. Gigante Guerreiro Daileon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daileon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cox looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Cox is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Daileon's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Daileon is working for a submission of some sort.
Daileon wants to get back to his feet.
Daileon seems to be working for a kimura but Cox defends the submission attempt.
Cox tries to kick Daileon off but Daileon keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Daileon is keen to just control but Cox is a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cox is looking for a sweep. Daileon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Daileon is trying to work for a kimura but Cox is defending well.
Cox tries to kick Daileon off but Daileon keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Cox wants to stand back up but Daileon manages to pass into side control.
Cox is not content to let Daileon control the position.
Daileon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Cox is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Daileon is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Daileon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Daileon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cox, who protects the arm well.
Cox reaches up around Daileon's neck trying to control. But Daileon takes advantage instantly and he's locked on an arm triangle! Big trouble for Cox! Oh that looks nasty! A human being's head is not meant to turn that color! Cox is out! He's gone limp! The ref steps in to break the fighters up and Daileon celebrates the victory with the fans!
