The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timoko throws a head kick but Ortiz moves out of range.
Timoko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ortiz swivels and escapes.
Ortiz looks for the body kick but Timoko saw that one coming.
Tito Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ortiz dives in and grabs Timoko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Timoko pushes down on Ortiz's head and hops out.
Ortiz scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Timoko is looking to get back to his feet here but Ortiz is keeping cool and he's managed to take Timoko's back.
Timoko covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ortiz lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.

Ortiz slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Ortiz lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Timoko.
Ortiz lands shots to the head and Timoko turtles up! The ref has seen enough and stops the fight! This one is over!
