The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Evans, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kalir tries for a takedown but Evans circles away easily
and Evans counters with a right hand to the body.
Kalir chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Evans can pounce on him.
Kalir gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
