Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snap Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bottoms Up by Trey Songz f. Nicki Minaj kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Rambo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Snap Davis! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis ducks under a wild hook from Rambo. Davis tried to score with a low kick but Rambo checks it. Davis throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rambo counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rambo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Davis avoids it really well and circles away. Davis throws a series of punches but Rambo avoids them all with ease. Rambo takes a swing at Davis's ribcage but misses. Davis swinging wildly here.
Rambo punishes Davis's body with a nice straight punch. Rambo shoots in but Davis avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rambo blocks a low kick nicely. Davis takes a body punch but keeps moving. Davis lands a leg kick that knocks Rambo off balance momentarily. Davis misses with a wild combination.
Davis is looking to chop away at Rambo's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rambo gets a double leg takedown into Davis's guard. Rambo tries to free his leg and advance position but Davis is retaining full guard. Rambo has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Davis is proving hard to escape from. Davis looking to control.
Rambo with a flurry of punches that miss. Rambo looking to pass the guard. Rambo postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rambo tries to free his leg and advance position but Davis is retaining full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. A punch combination from Davis misses. Rambo lunges at Davis with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Davis's hand. John Rambo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Davis takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A head kick misses from Davis. Rambo fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Davis to the ground. Rambo is now in Davis's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Davis working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rambo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Davis preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rambo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rambo gets to his feet - Davis follows without any prompting. Davis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rambo's calf. Davis throws the kick towards the body but Rambo avoids it. Rambo checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Davis wants to slow Rambo down by chopping away at his legs. Rambo is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Rambo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Some wild striking there from Davis.
Davis tried to score with a low kick but Rambo checks it. Davis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rambo prevents Davis from getting back to his feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rambo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Rambo throws a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Rambo dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Rambo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Rambo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Davis bucks up and throws Rambo to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Davis misses with a double jab.
Davis throws a nice inside leg kick. Rambo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Davis moves away. Davis throws a series of strikes that have Rambo backpedaling.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Excellent takedown into side control there by Davis. Davis working away. Davis stands up and beckons Rambo to his feet. Rambo fails with the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rambo ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Davis throws a wild body kick that Rambo sees coming a mile off. Davis throws a right and a left that both miss. Davis tries to bum rush Rambo with a series of wild strikes but Rambo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Rambo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Davis is not content to let Rambo control the position. Rambo tries to score with some ground and pound. Davis controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Rambo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rambo landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Rambo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Davis sneaks out the side door and pushes Rambo away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Rambo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Davis as he avoids it easily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rambo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Davis attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Rambo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Davis's head backwards.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis tries a low kick but Rambo avoids it. Rambo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Davis. No luck for Rambo with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Rambo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Davis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rambo. Davis throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rambo counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rambo. Rambo landing with the ground and pound. Rambo throws a big right hand that misses. Rambo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Davis keeping full guard, as Rambo tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rambo passes Davis's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Davis has hold of Rambo's hands but Rambo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Davis wants to control but Rambo is keeping busy.
Rambo is pressing down on Davis's thigh, looking to free his foot. Davis is holding on for now. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that John Rambo will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Davis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rambo. Davis throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Rambo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rambo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Davis is trying to control Rambo's posture but Rambo avoids it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Rambo throwing shots but missing, from side control. John Rambo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Rambo is trying to ground and pound but Davis uses the momentary lack of control by Rambo to regain half guard. Rambo throwing shots but Davis is blocking nicely. Rambo thows a huge punch but Davis dodges it nicely.
Rambo is working for a kimura but Davis is defending it quite comfortably.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis tries to roll over but Rambo keeps him under control. Rambo is keen to just control but Davis is a slippery customer. Rambo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Davis wants to get back to full guard.

John Rambo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Davis looks like he's trying to stand up.

And that's the end of the fight! John Rambo showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rambo, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
