0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andy Drake! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Drake misses. Andy Drake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drake getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Volk Dostoyevsky has been cut. Drake has Dostoyevsky up against the ropes in a clinch.
Dostoyevsky prevents Drake from breaking the clinch. Drake is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Dostoyevsky lands a damaging elbow. Dostoyevsky is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Drake wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Dostoyevsky obliges. Drake controlling the action here for a moment.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Drake's face as he tries to break the clinch. Dostoyevsky unloads a knee to the mid-section. Drake lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Drake working hard to break the clinch. Dostoyevsky lands a good knee to the midsection. Drake won't want to take too many of those. Drake wants to break the clinch but can't.

Dostoyevsky drops down looking for an ankle pick but Drake pulls his leg out and moves away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dostoyevsky tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Drake counters with a crisp one two that drops Dostoyevsky! Drake thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Dostoyevsky to his feet! Dostoyevsky is in big trouble!
Dostoyevsky is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Drake feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Dostoyevsky sprawling to the canvas! Dostoyevsky rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Drake finish him?!
Drake lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Dostoyevsky is looking to close the distance but Drake sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Dostoyevsky crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Dostoyevsky is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Andy Drake!
