The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sliva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dunn counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dunn.
Dunn is in close to Sliva's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Dunn is stalling in the full guard.
Sliva utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Dunn prevents Sliva from getting back to his feet.
Dunn stands and steps away. Sliva gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Dunn defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sliva.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dunn fails with a takedown attempt.
Matt Sliva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dunn scores a takedown into full mount!
Dunn tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dunn manages to capitalize on a mistake by Sliva to take his back!
Sliva is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
What can Sliva do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Dunn working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Sliva is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Dunn has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Sliva taps out!
