Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Supko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn comes to the cage accompanied by Andrea Bocelli - Time To Say Goodbye. Supko has chosen Sup Gonna Give it To Ya' as his entrance music. Ben Supko is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Gunn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ben Supko! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn fails with an attempt to clinch.
Supko throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Supko tries a head kick but it misses.
Gunn wants to clinch. Supko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Supko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Gunn tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Supko paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gunn showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Supko.

Supko lands a head kick that stumbles Gunn and the fighters go to the mat. Gunn wants to improve his position but instead Supko has moved into half guard.
Gunn wants to control but Supko is keeping busy and won't allow it. Gunn moves into full guard.
Supko stands and steps away. Gunn gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gunn clinches with his opponent.

Supko digs a right hand underneath Gunn's ribcage. Gunn let out a lung full of air as it connected. Gunn is breathing heavily. Supko lands an elbow inside.

Still in the clinch, Supko scores with a nice short uppercut. with the fighters clinched against the cage, Supko creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Supko lands a head kick that stumbles Gunn and the fighters go to the mat. Supko gets to his feet - Gunn follows without any prompting. Supko throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Supko tries a head kick but it misses.

Gunn is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gunn keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Supko swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Gunn is looking to clinch but Supko is avoiding it.
Supko misses the shot to the body. Supko throws a series of punches but Gunn avoids them all with ease. Gunn tries to clinch up but Supko circles away and keeps his distance. Supko stuffs the takedown attempt from Gunn. Gunn gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Victor Gunn. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gunn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Supko swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gunn throws a head kick that Supko semi-blocks.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gunn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Supko.

Supko lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Supko throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Gunn blocks it with crossed arms. Gunn is looking to break free of the clinch but Supko has double underhooks. Gunn is trying to break free. Gunn wants to get back to striking at distance but Supko won't allow it.

Supko lands a big elbow that sends Gunn down! Gunn recovers to guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Gunn wants to get back to his feet but Supko is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Supko is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Ben Supko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Victor Gunn's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Nice takedown defense from Supko. No joy for Gunn on that attempt. Supko throws a sloppy head kick and Gunn moves out of range easily. Supko connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Gunn to the floor! Supko dives in looking for the finish!
Victor Gunn's cut is getting worse. Gunn is trying is best to control the position here. Gunn has a hand on Supko's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Supko takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Gunn is trying to escape the mount.

Gunn tries to lock up and control but Supko gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Gunn regains half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Supko's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Supko in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Supko is standing up over Gunn. Gunn looks to escape but Supko dives into side control.
Gunn holds on to Supko's head and controls the position momentarily. Supko working away. Victor Gunn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gunn is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Supko has just dragged him back down to the mat. Gunn throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Gunn is looking for a sweep. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gunn looks to land a combination but Supko avoids it well. Gunn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Supko lands with a big left! Gunn is wobbled badly! Supko comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Gunn to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
