Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Luiz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Coleman pinned against the cage. Coleman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Coleman gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Coleman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Luiz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Coleman pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Luiz shoots in for a takedown but Coleman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mark Coleman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adriano Luiz.
Coleman tries to clinch but Luiz is having none of it.
Luiz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Coleman to score with a decent uppercut.
Coleman stuffs the takedown.
Luiz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Luiz gets the takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Coleman is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Coleman prevents Luiz from improving position.
Luiz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Coleman, who protects the arm well.
Luiz is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Coleman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Luiz is working to tighten is grip on Coleman's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Coleman has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Luiz is really squeezing tight and eventually Coleman passes out! Luiz breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Adriano Luiz!
A very excited looking Adriano Luiz rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
