Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Julito Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Miller!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Miller missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Vega looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vega trying to control here.
Miller is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Vega defends it well.
Vega trying to control but Miller postures up.
Miller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vega. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Miller looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vega with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Miller tries to pass to full mount but Vega defends it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Vega with a poor takedown
and Miller counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Vega's guard now.
Miller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vega swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Miller cracks Vega with a solid left hand.
Miller would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Vega tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Miller tries to free his leg and advance position but Vega is retaining full guard.
Miller wants to control from the top but Vega keeps moving.
Miller pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vega is keeping the position for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Vega closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Miller to the mat! Miller manages to get full guard.
Vega is breathing heavily.
Vega preventing the sweep.
Vega trying to control the position from guard on top but Miller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Vega stands and throws Miller's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Vega tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

A lull in the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vega working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Vega has hold of Miller's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Miller seems comfortable defending it but Vega has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Miller is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Miller is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Vega couldn't care less - he's delighted!
