Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milad Yakubi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Sabella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yakubi comes to the cage accompanied by Panjabi MC Feat. Jay Z - Beware. Damien Sabella has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Milad Yakubi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Milad Yakubi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Damien Sabella! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sabella looks for a takedown but Yakubi sprawls well. Yakubi stuffs the takedown. Yakubi dives in and grabs Sabella's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sabella pushes down on Yakubi's head and hops out. Yakubi throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Yakubi clinches with his opponent.
Yakubi has clasped his hands together around Sabella's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Yakubi tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Sabella is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Sabella really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yakubi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sabella is not content to let Yakubi control the position. Sabella is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Yakubi asserts his dominance and retains side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yakubi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sabella keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yakubi is really struggling to control Sabella but he's trying to hold on to the position. Yakubi prevents Sabella from escaping the position. Yakubi has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Sabella! Yakubi unloads with some shots from mount but Sabella bucks and avoids them well.
Sabella wants to try and get back to his feet. Yakubi tries to control but Sabella wriggling away. Yakubi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sabella's face.
Sabella is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Sabella looks gassed! Sabella blocking the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yakubi working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Sabella looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Yakubi! Submission of the night perhaps?
