Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raivo Kalju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patriko El (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Kalju tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but El paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kalju wants to clinch.
El shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than El was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
El is landing with some decent strikes but Kalju is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Kalju is bucking up trying to escape but El cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

El gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
El circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kalju throws a combination but it was largely blocked by El.
Kalju tries for a takedown but El sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Kalju manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
El controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

El is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Kalju is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
El is looking for a sweep. Kalju is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
El is looking to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kalju shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. El manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Kalju postures up.
El looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
El escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kalju gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
El is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
El is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Patriko El has got the better of the ground game so far.
Kalju trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
El is breathing heavily.

Kalju gets to his feet. El looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Kalju looks to score with a jab to the body but El is just out of range.
Kalju fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kalju takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Kalju darts in and clinches El up against the cage.
Kalju looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Kalju is trying to maintain a safe position but El gets an underhook and turns Kalju into the cage.
Kalju lands a damaging elbow.
Kalju jumps into guard, dragging El to the mat.
Kalju is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
El is standing up over Kalju. Kalju looks to escape but El dives into side control.

Kalju is looking for a sweep.
Kalju wants to control but El postures up.
El has control of an arm but Kalju manages to advance to El's back!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
El can't escape the position.
El turns into Kalju and is now in his guard.
Kalju tries to land a sweep but no joy.

El got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kalju has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, El has managed to get both his arms back between Kalju's legs - danger averted.
El stops Kalju from standing up.
El is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
El prevents Kalju from getting back to his feet.
El not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Patriko El.
Some wild striking there from Kalju.
Kalju gets a clinch.

Kalju gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Kalju digs a right hand into El's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on El's gas tank.
Kalju is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
El tries to pull guard but Kalju forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's time! Kalju's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
El displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kalju.
Kalju wants to clinch up but El keeps it at a distance.
El shoots in but Kalju avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kalju doesn't manage to clinch there - El circles away.
El misses with a takedown attempt - Kalju sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

El tries to stall but Kalju uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Kalju pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kalju tries to close the distance and clinch up but El swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Horrible takedown by Kalju or perhaps it was just good defense by El which made him look bad.
Kalju tries to keep at a distance but El has taken the fight into the clinch.

Kalju controls El momentarily but El frees himself.

Kalju wants to sweep here but El controlling him for the moment.
El gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Kalju tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kalju keeps the fight on the outside.
El shoots for a takedown but Kalju saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
El tries to lock up and control but Kalju gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

El is looking to improve his position but Kalju isn't that keen on the idea.
Kalju connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
El is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kalju with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if El can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well Kalju has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Raivo Kalju rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
