Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roman Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuya Takimoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burza comes to the cage accompanied by Welcome To The Jungle. Roman Burza is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roman Burza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tetsuya Takimoto! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takimoto pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Burza back to the cage. Takimoto follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Takimoto throws a right and a left that both miss. A punch combination from Takimoto misses. Takimoto misses with a series of wild punches.

and Burza counters with a stiff right hand. Takimoto throws a right and a left that Burza avoids nicely. Takimoto throws a right and a left that both miss. Takimoto misses with a double jab.

and Burza counters with a stiff right hand. Takimoto looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Burza bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Burza lands a nice hook to Takimoto's body. Takimoto takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Takimoto will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Burza shoots in and drives through. Takimoto sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burza looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Burza takes one on the button. Burza throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Takimoto was covering up waiting for the punch and Burza finishes the takedown easily into guard. Burza trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Burza forces his way into half guard. Takimoto is positioning himself well to prevent Burza advancing to mount. Takimoto is looking for a sweep. Burza is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takimoto controlling the position well. Takimoto wants to get back to full guard but Burza has mounted him! Burza working for a submission but Takimoto is keeping him at bay. Burza is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Takimoto is surviving well by controlling Burza's body position as best he can. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Burza unloading with bombs! Takimoto is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Takimoto is in all sorts of trouble here.
Burza has hold of Takimoto's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Takimoto manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Takimoto sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Burza wants to lay and pray for a moment but Takimoto keeps working. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Takimoto won't allow Burza to pass to mount. Burza trying to control the pace. Burza wants to take a breather but Takimoto is having none of it. Takimoto wants to get back to his feet. Burza is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Takimoto missing with punches from the bottom.
Takimoto tries to roll over but Burza keeps him under control. Takimoto trying to hold on to Burza's head to control him but Burza postures up.
Burza is trying to control the action in half guard but Takimoto is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Burza seems to be looking for submissions.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Takimoto is trying to stand.
Burza blocks the strikes from Takimoto.
Well, if Burza is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Roman Burza will probably get the nod. That's time! Burza's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Takimoto moves out of range of the strikes. Takimoto throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Burza. Burza just misses with a punch to the body.
Burza slips a jab from Takimoto. Roman Burza is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Takimoto throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Burza tried to score with a low kick but Takimoto checks it. Burza fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Takimoto to the ground. Burza is now in Takimoto's guard. Takimoto is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Burza is controlling him. Takimoto is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Burza drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Takimoto manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Burza has Takimoto in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takimoto postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Burza throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Takimoto passes into half guard. Takimoto not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Takimoto tries to pass the half guard into mount. Burza knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Roman Burza overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Burza is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Takimoto is tapping! Great win for Burza!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Roman Burza! Roman Burza took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
