Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mana Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato fails with a takedown attempt.
Sato throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tanaka's waist but Tanaka gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sato off to one side.
Sato doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tanaka counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mana Sato. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tanaka throws a body punch but Sato moves out of range.
Tanaka shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sato is trying to defend but Tanaka finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Tanaka has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sato's face.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tanaka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sato tries to hold on but Tanaka pushes him away.
Sato is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Tanaka is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Tanaka unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Sato wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Tanaka celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
