Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederik Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek South (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muller comes into the arena with Johnny Cash - Hurt blaring out of the sound system. South has chosen Storm The Gates Of Hell as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from South.
Muller moves in looking to clinch but South pushes him off.
South throws a hook but Muller avoids it easily.
Muller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Muller throws a combination but it was largely blocked by South.
Muller uses good head movement to avoid the hook from South.
South throws a lazy right hand but Muller sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
South shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Muller's guard.
South wanted to stand there but Muller had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
South trying to control but Muller is working from the bottom.
South gets to his feet - Muller follows without any prompting.
South looks to land a left hand but Muller moved out of range nicely.
Muller doesn't succeed with the takedown
and South counters with a lovely straight right hand!
South throws a hook but Muller avoids it easily.
Muller lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A choreographed right hand from South misses the target.
Muller gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling South to counter with a crisp jab.
Derek South seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Muller ducks under a wild hook from South.
South tries to clinch but Muller moves away
and Muller decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in South's guard.
South bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Muller's guard.
South throwing strikes from guard but Muller blocks nicely.
Muller pulls South in close to prevent any damage.
South controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
I looks like South might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
South looks gassed!
Muller working for a triangle but South defends it easily.
Muller looking to control but South passes into half guard.

South controlling the action here.

Muller is looking for a sweep. South is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Muller is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of South's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take South's back!
South rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Muller not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Muller seems to be looking for submissions.
South trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
South has one foot on Muller's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
South throws a poor cross that misses
and Muller counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

South throws a lazy uppercut
and Muller moves into the clinch.
Muller is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but South is keeping busy.
Muller has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. South is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frederik Muller. That's going to take a lot out of him.
South lands a nice uppercut.
South lands a takedown into guard.
South is looking to stand up but Muller won't let him.
South slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells South's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Muller is working an open guard so South takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
South moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Muller goes down! Can South finish him!?
It looks like Frederik Muller has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
South working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Muller's head.
South decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Muller, up you get!
South misses with a right hand
and Muller counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Muller swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Muller shoots and misses
and South connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Muller misses with a takedown attempt
and South counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Muller thinking.
Muller stuffs the takedown.
Muller misses with a takedown attempt
and South counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Frederik Muller's cut is getting worse.
South fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Muller to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Muller looks to clinch but South throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Muller taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
