Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phoenix Lagic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shavo Odin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagic comes to the cage accompanied by Magic. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagic lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Shavo Odin has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lagic will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lagic tries to clinch but Odin is having none of it.
Odin leaves Lagic with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Odin loads up on a big right hand but Lagic slips the punch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lagic is defended easily by Odin.
Lagic takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Odin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Lagic is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Odin tries to score with some ground and pound. Lagic controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Lagic really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
