Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Tinker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Clooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tinker comes to the cage accompanied by Stranglehold. Niko Clooten has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tinker shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Clooten's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Clooten preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Clooten has momentary wrist control but Tinker slips an elbow through the middle.
Tinker throwing strikes from guard but Clooten blocks nicely.
Tinker tries to free his leg and advance position but Clooten is retaining full guard.
Tinker lands a couple of elbows.

Tinker avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Clooten avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Clooten is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Tinker is standing up over Clooten. Clooten looks to escape but Tinker dives into side control.
Clooten takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Tinker cracks Clooten with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Clooten is looking to regain half guard here but Tinker keeps moving and retains side control.
Tinker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Tinker controls the position from side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Clooten is rocked!
Tinker softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Clooten is out cold! Tinker jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
