Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between BJ Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Mourke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wood has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. BJ Wood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Mourke with that takedown attempt.
Mourke lands with a hook. Wood tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Wood misses with a wild combination.
Wood throws a push kick but Mourke slaps the foot to one side.
Wood is breathing heavily.
Mourke shoots in looking for a takedown but Wood manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mourke's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Mourke moves away from the strike by Wood.
Wood throws a lazy right hand but Mourke sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mourke looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Wood!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Mourke pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Mourke throwing strikes here but Wood is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wood takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Mourke lands a big elbow.
Mourke has hold of Wood's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wood manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Mourke can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wood is looking to escape.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wood is in a horrible position here. Mourke smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Mourke cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Mourke lands with some strikes.
Mourke landing strikes from the mount and Wood is in trouble!
Wood is rocked!
Mourke postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Wood badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Mourke around the waist but Mourke pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Mourke is the winner by TKO! Mourke jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ricky Mourke!
