PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hue Jazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Breedon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Breedon has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Tony Breedon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jazz scores with a takedown into Breedon's guard. Breedon looks gassed! Jazz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Breedon swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jazz slips nicely into half guard. Jazz is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Breedon is just riding it out for now. Jazz eventually gives up the hold. Jazz is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Breedon is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Hue Jazz!
