Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Miyaguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Ryo Miyaguchi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, BJ Wood! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miyaguchi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Miyaguchi scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Wood?
Wood is desperately trying to improve his position but Miyaguchi has a good base and remains in mount. Wood regains half guard. Wood pushes Miyaguchi off looking to stand but Miyaguchi dives back in and keeps control.
Miyaguchi is taking a breather. Wood says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Wood keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Still in half guard, Miyaguchi seems content to control. Wood looks like he's trying to stand up.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Miyaguchi throwing shots but Wood is blocking nicely. Wood is trying to stand.
Miyaguchi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Miyaguchi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Miyaguchi missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miyaguchi lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Wood is staying active underneath Miyaguchi, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Wood keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Miyaguchi is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Miyaguchi moves into full mount! Wood won't be happy about that! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miyaguchi lands with some strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wood is bucking up trying to escape but Miyaguchi cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Miyaguchi is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Wood can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Wood in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wood tries to get back to half guard but can't. Wood is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Wood wants to control but Miyaguchi is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miyaguchi wants to control the pace but Wood is squirming around nicely. Miyaguchi is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Wood to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Wood shrugs it off. Miyaguchi lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Miyaguchi is working for a guillotine from mount but Wood frees his head quite easily.
Miyaguchi scoring with strikes but Wood is staying in there. Wood is squirming around, avoiding Miyaguchi's attempts to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wood is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Miyaguchi punishing his opponent with strikes. Miyaguchi unloading with bombs! Miyaguchi raining down hammerfists from mount. Miyaguchi working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Wood is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A big strike lands for Miyaguchi! That's really hurt Wood and he's turned his back - Miyaguchi keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Miyaguchi jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryo Miyaguchi! A very excited looking Ryo Miyaguchi made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
