Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ludwig Manres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hektor Bombard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manres comes into the arena with Aqualung - Jethro Tull blaring out of the sound system. Bombard is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bonaparte - Boycott Everything . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manres misses with a takedown attempt
and Bombard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Manres gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Bombard to counter with a crisp jab.
Manres slips under a jab from Bombard.
A shot to the liver by Bombard. Beautiful body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bombard jabs Manres to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Manres is breathing heavily.
Manres walks into a left hand.
Manres is rocked!
Bombard throws the left hand but Manres avoids the punch easily.
Oh Manres is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bombard throws a hook to the side of Manres's head but Manres sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bombard missing with a left hand there. Manres was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A swing and a miss from Bombard.
Bombard loads up on a big right hand but Manres slips the punch.
Bombard lands a big right hook! Manres looks hurt but is still standing! Bombard lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Manres falls down and Bombard dives in with a huge hammer fist! Manres's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Bombard runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Hektor Bombard!
Our winner, Hektor Bombard, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
