Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Farlen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Booty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Booty darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Booty wants to pass the guard but Farlen is defending well.
Farlen has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Booty is working away from the top position though.
Booty is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Booty gets to his feet - Farlen follows without any prompting.

Farlen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Booty doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Booty manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Booty tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Booty has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Farlen tries to buck Booty off but Booty is having none of it.

Let's hope that Booty has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Farlen scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Farlen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Booty pinned against the cage. Booty gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Booty feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Booty postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Farlen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Booty, into his guard.

Farlen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Booty swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Big Booty has got the better of the ground game so far.
Booty seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Farlen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Big Booty showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Big Booty comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Booty has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
