Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julio Villar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Young Banana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Villar's entrance music is This is War. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Villar fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Banana sprawls well initially but Villar persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Villar wants to work for an arm triangle but Banana is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Villar has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Villar swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Banana is now in Villar's guard. A big mistake from Villar there, giving up the dominant position!
Banana content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Villar has locked up a guillotine! Villar's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Banana is holding on here and Villar must be using up a lot of energy. Banana has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Villar gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
