Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kalle Reinikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurokawa Kenji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reinikainen's entrance music is Turmion Kätilöt - Verta ja Lihaa (Proteus Mental remix). A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Reinikainen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kurokawa Kenji! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reinikainen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kenji just misses with a punch to the body.
Kenji darts in trying to clinch and Reinikainen counters with a thumping low kick. Kenji cracks Reinikainen with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A jab lands there for Kenji. A clash of legs there as Kenji blocks the low kick. Kenji takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Kurokawa Kenji seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reinikainen scoring well with a low kick there.
Kenji throws a hook to the side of Reinikainen's head but Reinikainen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kenji lands with a nice body punch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Reinikainen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Jab, jab by Kenji - just one landing. Reinikainen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kenji lands a nice leg kick that just misses Reinikainen's sensitive parts. Kenji throws a leg kick and Reinikainen counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Kenji takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Reinikainen lands a jab.
It looks like Kurokawa Kenji has been cut. Kenji throws a right and a left that Reinikainen avoids nicely. A punch combination from Reinikainen misses. This has been an exciting period of action! Reinikainen lands with a nice body punch. Kenji looks gassed! Reinikainen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Kenji connects with a right hand. Reinikainen shakes it off. Kenji swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kenji swings for the body but Reinikainen moves out of range.

A chopping leg kick lands by Reinikainen. Reinikainen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kenji lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Reinikainen misses with a body kick. Kenji fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Reinikainen is out of range. Kenji on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Reinikainen. Reinikainen obviously looking to wear him down.
Reinikainen throws a quick inside leg kick. Reinikainen lands a slapping body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Reinikainen throws a half hearted mid kick. Kenji slips under a jab. Reinikainen takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Reinikainen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Reinikainen checks the leg kick nicely there.
Reinikainen looks to land a right hand but Kenji moved out of range. A big left from Kenji misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Reinikainen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. A jab from Reinikainen misses. Kenji throws a push kick but Reinikainen slaps the foot to one side. Reinikainen is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Kenji throws a leg kick but Reinikainen moved away. Reinikainen checks a leg kick. A good leg kick by Reinikainen.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Reinikainen scores with a hook to the body. Kenji takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Reinikainen scores with a hook.
That has opened up Kurokawa Kenji's cut even more. Reinikainen darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Reinikainen misses with a wild body shot. Reinikainen connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
The cut above Kurokawa Kenji's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Jab by Reinikainen. Reinikainen scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kenji is rocked! Kenji tries to clinch up but Reinikainen circles away and keeps his distance. Kenji walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kenji is still on wobbly legs! Can Reinikainen finish him?
Kurokawa Kenji's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kenji takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Kenji seems to have recovered his senses. Reinikainen looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kenji needs to keep his hands up - Reinikainen had a free shot at his head there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kalle Reinikainen dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kurokawa Kenji's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Reinikainen throws a nice outside leg kick. Reinikainen looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Reinikainen tries to clinch up but Kenji circles away and keeps his distance. Kenji swings for the body but Reinikainen moves out of range.
Kenji throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kenji is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Reinikainen thows a body shot but no joy. Reinikainen missing with a left hand there. Kenji was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Reinikainen takes one to the side of the head.
Kenji misses with a body kick. Kenji takes one on the button. Reinikainen scores with a shot to the body.
Kenji is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Reinikainen thuds his shin into the meat of Kenji's side.

A low kick from Kenji misses and Reinikainen counters with a head kick that drops Kenji to the mat! Kenji scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kenji throws a leg kick that is checked and Reinikainen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Reinikainen lands a nice looking body kick. Reinikainen thumps Kenji with a low kick. Kenji has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Reinikainen. Kenji wants to clinch up but Reinikainen keeps it at a distance. Reinikainen scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Reinikainen connects with an inside leg kick. Reinikainen looks for the body kick but Kenji saw that one coming. Reinikainen tries to clinch there but Kenji circles away.
Reinikainen moves into range and connects with a jab. Good leg kick by Reinikainen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kenji might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Reinikainen has got the better of the exchanges.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Reinikainen looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Reinikainen is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kenji can do to turn this around? Both fighters circling a little - Reinikainen finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Kenji on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kurokawa Kenji's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
