Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Holliday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jb Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holliday's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, all that remains- and death in my arms . Lynch is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Skillet Monster. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jb Lynch! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lynch throws a head kick but Holliday moves out of range.
Lynch ducks right into an uppercut from Holliday. Holliday scores with a jab to the body.
Holliday drives through with a takedown into Lynch's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lynch avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Holliday is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lynch is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lynch has escaped and now he's on top! Lynch is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Lynch must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Lynch postures up.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Lynch is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Lynch crunches a lovely knee into Holliday's ribcage. Holliday drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Holliday is looking to take this one to the mat. Holliday is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lynch gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Holliday. That's going to take a lot out of him. Holliday has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lynch avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Lynch is thwarting Holliday's attempts to control the position. Lynch is pressing down on Holliday's thigh, looking to free his foot. Holliday is holding on for now. Holliday wants to improve his position but Lynch is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lynch sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Holliday defending well though. Lynch keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Lynch decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Lynch looks gassed! Holliday displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lynch. Holliday throws a one two combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Holliday throws a right and a left that both miss. Good exchange - Holliday coming out on top. Nice takedown defense from Lynch. No joy for Holliday on that attempt. Holliday connects with a jab. Lynch shoots in but no luck this time. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Holliday is defended easily by Lynch. Lynch keeps the fight on the outside. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Holliday dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Holliday is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Holliday throws a right and a left that Lynch avoids nicely. Holliday blocks a head kick by Lynch.

Holliday closes the distance and clinches up with Lynch, looking for a takedown. Holliday pushes Lynch against the cage but Lynch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Holliday gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lynch to score an easy takedown into full guard. Holliday keeping moving, preventing Lynch from controlling successfully. Lynch tries to free his leg and advance position but Holliday is retaining full guard. Lynch is breathing heavily. Holliday wants to stand and escape but Lynch is having none of it.

Holliday has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lynch should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Holliday has tightened it up now! Lynch should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). John Holliday! After winning the bout, John Holliday thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
