Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randel Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Sparza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tito Sparza has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Randel Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tito Sparza! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Some wild striking there from Sparza.
Brown connects with a crisp jab. Brown throws out a loose jab but Sparza uses good head movement to avoid it. Good work by Sparza as he checks the leg kick. Sparza takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Brown cracks Sparza with an open hand slap. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sparza misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sparza swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Brown scores with a jab to the body. Brown pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brown is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sparza. Sparza misses the shot to the body. Sparza misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Brown scores with a sloppy right hand. Sparza should have avoided that one. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Brown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sparza checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. A punch combination from Sparza misses. Brown takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Brown moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Brown thows a body shot but no joy. Brown scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Randel Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sparza has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sparza there as he acknowledges the shot. Sparza closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown did well to prevent Sparza getting side control. This has been an exciting period of action! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Brown moves into full guard.
Brown keeping moving, preventing Sparza from controlling successfully. Brown utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown controls Sparza momentarily but Sparza frees himself. Sparza trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom. Brown looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Sparza is looking to work some ground and pound but Brown has wrist control. Sparza trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom. Brown is trying to keep Sparza in close.
Brown wants to sweep but no luck. Brown will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sparza with a nice head shot there. Brown wants to stand and escape but Sparza is having none of it. Brown being controlled here, momentarily. Sparza is working Brown over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Sparza is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sparza postures up and lands a big shot to Brown's brow. Brown is trying to control the position but Sparza postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sparza stands up over Brown, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Brown controls Sparza momentarily but Sparza frees himself. Sparza looking to sit in guard and control but Brown gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Brown has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Sparza has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Brown wants to control from the top but Sparza keeps moving. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sparza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randel Brown dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sparza walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Brown misses with a wild body shot. Sparza rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sparza looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Brown connects with a body shot. Brown is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Brown scores with a nice head shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sparza feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Brown wants to stand and escape but Sparza is having none of it. Brown keeping moving, preventing Sparza from controlling successfully. Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position.

Sparza throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Sparza postures up and lands a big shot to Brown's brow. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sparza accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Brown has his foot on Sparza's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sparza works his way back into a safe position though. Brown is trying to control the position but Sparza postures up. Brown wants to stand but Sparza is controlling the position. Sparza makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Sparza postures up in Brown's guard and throws a big left but Brown blocks it. Sparza has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sparza is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Sparza throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Sparza controlling from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Tito Sparza was stalling too much, according to the referee. Sparza shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sparza wants to take a breather but Brown is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tito Sparza showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Sparza connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Sparza lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Brown backs up against the cage.
A jab from Brown misses. Sparza fails with a takedown attempt. Sparza swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sparza throws a shot from downtown. Brown moves away and avoids it. Brown ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sparza throws a hook but Brown avoids it easily. Brown swings for the body but Sparza moves out of range.

Sparza thows a left - swing and a miss! Brown scores with the left hand. Sparza knows he should have avoided that one.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sloppy strikes from Sparza. Those never looked like landing. Sparza misses with a takedown attempt - Brown sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Randel Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Brown misses with a wild body shot. Some wild striking there from Sparza.
Brown throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sparza stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Brown lands a nice shot that snaps Sparza's head back.
Sparza throws a hook but Brown blocks it. Brown throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Brown is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Sparza throws a lazy right hand but Brown sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Sparza swings widly with a right hand
and Brown counters with a big head kick but Sparza shrugs it off. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Brown misses with a double jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown misses with a kick to the body.
Brown swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brown scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Sparza scores a takedown into full mount! Brown tries to get back to half guard but can't. Sparza throws some wild stikes that Brown manages to avoid easily.
Sparza misses with a head shot. Sparza working away from the top, dropping strikes. Brown avoids a series of strikes thrown by Sparza.
Sparza wants to control the pace but Brown is squirming around nicely. Brown gets back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is looking to control Sparza's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Brown avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sparza content to control rather than advance. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sparza lands a nice short elbow. Sparza trying to control from half guard but Brown is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Brown tries to get to full guard but Sparza has control of the leg. Sparza slips a nice elbow through Brown's hands, connecting with Brown's forehead. Sparza throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Sparza controlling the pace. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sparza is keen to just control but Brown is a slippery customer. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sparza thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Brown's head. Sparza scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sparza with the ground and pound but Brown uses the opportunity to regain guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Tito Sparza comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sparza has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
