Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harri Mulqvist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sluggo Brott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harri Mulqvist has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brott throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mulqvist has closed the distance and engaged Brott in a clinch.
Brott tries a body shot but Mulqvist blocks it.
Mulqvist blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Brott goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Brott drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mulqvist pulls his leg out and moves away.
Brott misses with a hook
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Nice straight punches there by Mulqvist. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mulqvist.
Brott avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Brott is defended easily by Mulqvist.

Harri Mulqvist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sluggo Brott.

Mulqvist has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brott can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Brott throws a shot from downtown. Mulqvist moves away and avoids it.

Mulqvist shoots in looking for a takedown. Brott tries to sprawl out of it but Mulqvist keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Brott manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Sluggo Brott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mulqvist feints and then cracks Brott's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Brott down.

Brott uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mulqvist.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Brott throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brott lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mulqvist has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mulqvist and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
We're going to have a standup here because Harri Mulqvist wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Mulqvist fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brott.
Mulqvist shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Mulqvist cracks Brott with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brott takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Harri Mulqvist showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Mulqvist has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
