Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Settliff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Onotole Vasserman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vasserman fails in his attempt to clinch. Settliff fails with a takedown attempt. Vasserman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Settliff tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vasserman is in Settliff's guard. Settliff looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Vasserman passes into side control.
Vasserman stands up. Settliff darts in trying to clinch and Vasserman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Vasserman thows a huge punch but Settliff dodges it nicely.
Vasserman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Settliff is trying to control but can't.

That's one minute gone in the round. Vasserman controlling the action here. Settliff is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Vasserman perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Vasserman is trying to work for a kimura but Settliff is defending well.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Settliff won't allow Vasserman to pass to mount. Settliff looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Settliff is refusing to be controlled, as Vasserman sits in half guard. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Vasserman has eaten all the pies! Settliff is trying to maintain the position but Vasserman is very close to passing his half guard. Vasserman keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Settliff looking for submissions off his back. Settliff is breathing heavily. Vasserman is trying to control the action in half guard but Settliff is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Onotole Vasserman. Vasserman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Settliff was covering up waiting for the punch and Vasserman finishes the takedown easily into guard. Vasserman won't allow Settliff to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vasserman trying to control but Settliff is working from the bottom. Settliff looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vasserman postures up in Settliff's guard and throws a big left but Settliff blocks it. Vasserman throws a big elbow that misses. Vasserman postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vasserman is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Vasserman gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Settliff lands a nice hook to Vasserman's body. Vasserman takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Settliff throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vasserman tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Settliff is in Vasserman's guard. Settliff slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Vasserman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Vasserman is breathing heavily. Vasserman controlling from the full mount. Settliff knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vasserman on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Settliff keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Settliff wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Vasserman controlling his opponent. Vasserman throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Settliff because Vasserman loaded up on that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Settliff wants to hold on but Vasserman pushes him away. Vasserman pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Settliff tries to hold on but Vasserman pushes him away. Vasserman can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Settliff is looking to escape. Vasserman controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vasserman looking to finish with strikes here!
Settliff is looking to improve his position but Vasserman isn't that keen on the idea. Vasserman is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Settliff can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Vasserman unloads with some shots from mount but Settliff bucks and avoids them well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vasserman stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Settliff fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Vasserman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Settliff but Settliff pushes him off and we're back to square one. Settliff looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Settliff manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Vasserman on his heels. He'll look to pass Vasserman's guard now, I'm sure. Vasserman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Settliff manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Sam Settliff will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Vasserman throws a jab but it's blocked by Settliff. Vasserman moves to clinch but Settliff breaks away and Settliff counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Settliff. Settliff postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Settliff looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vasserman trying to control the position.
Settliff trying to control the position from guard on top but Vasserman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Vasserman is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Settliff rolls with it to try and escape but Vasserman cranks on the arm and Settliff is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
