Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Akio Isamu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Depta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Isamu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Superstar - Saliva. Peter Depta is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Peter Depta! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Depta tries to bum rush Isamu with a series of wild strikes but Isamu uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Depta looks to throw the jab but Isamu is out of range. Depta drops Isamu with a nice combination! Depta dives into Isamu's guard, looking to finish!
It looks like Akio Isamu has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Depta content to stall in guard here. Isamu trying to keep a closed guard but Depta is proving a slippery customer.
Depta throws an elbow that misses. Isamu uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Depta's guard. Nice move by Isamu! Depta working for a triangle but Isamu defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Depta has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Isamu can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Isamu has gone for a leg lock! Depta slips out almost immediately though and dives into Isamu's guard. Isamu is trying to keep Depta in close.

Isamu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Isamu drives through and clinches with Depta against the cage.

Isamu stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Isamu wants it to stay on the feet. Isamu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Depta throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A punch combination from Depta misses. Peter Depta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Isamu avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Depta gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Isamu to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Depta is trying to control the position from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Depta dominated that round. The cut man is working on Akio Isamu's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Depta throws a combination that misses and Isamu counters with a one-two to the body. Depta misses with a lunging right hand
and Isamu counters with a leg kick. Depta scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Peter Depta seems to be getting the better of the standup. Depta blocks a head kick by Isamu.
Depta gets in close and instigates a clinch. Isamu pulls guard successfully.
Depta in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Isamu working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Depta. Depta throws a big elbow that misses. Depta throws an elbow that misses. Isamu uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Depta's guard. Nice move by Isamu! Depta is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Isamu tries to stand and escape but Depta actually recovers to full guard. Depta has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Isamu can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Isamu tries to stand but Depta is controlling from the bottom.

Peter Depta showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Akio Isamu's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Isamu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Depta manages to avoid it. Depta shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Isamu as he jumps to the side. Isamu avoids a punch combination nicely.
Depta looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Depta has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Isamu is trying to get back to full guard. Isamu trying to control here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Depta is looking for a kimura but Isamu is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Depta to get the leverage. Depta is looking to take a break and control but Isamu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Isamu wants to get back to his feet.
Depta throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Isamu keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Isamu blocking the ground and pound attempt from Depta. Depta throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Depta passes to side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Depta works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Isamu avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Depta. Depta working the ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Depta working the ground and pound but Isamu is defending the strikes. Peter Depta has got the better of the ground game so far. Depta misses with the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Isamu holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Depta landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Isamu takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Isamu is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Depta is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Isamu has escaped the position, nice work there. Isamu avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Depta. Akio Isamu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Depta wants to control but Isamu is keeping him busy.

The strikes coming from Depta are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Peter Depta is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. This has been an exciting period of action! Depta working away. Depta is looking to take a break and control but Isamu is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Depta looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Isamu is avoiding damage well.
